There is essentially no work for you.. the attorney will file all the necessary paperwork and such and you will be part of the class and possibly named as a plaintiff. There is also essentially no real risk and more to benefit and gain.. such as getting them to never bother you again, deletion of the negative (if inaccurate) listing on your credit report, and a possible monetary compensation for their illegitamate collection practices. It would also be very beneficial if you KEEP all your letters you received from them. Refrain from any correspondence with them however, and simply keep all letters they sent you.
