Was getting *b* like crazy for days and then all of a sudden today, choppage from 121 back to 63. Anyone else?
Not sure why, I have no investigations going. Can't imagine why they would have gone in there. Oh well. Still got -7 in all.
Weather you have to understahd it doesn't last forever one day you pull and bam back to 70 just be glad you got something the last 4 times I got up to 124 ish bam back down to 70 now holding at 151 with 0 inq .
aaron now i'm also at 151 but my question is if I have 0 inqs then apply for a card will I get b this time or have to wait until next time I hit the sweet spot....
Well I think I know now what I got choppage. Did anyone else have a Service Merchandise card? My Service Merchandise account got deleted off of my report with no investigation or anything. SM closed down years ago, but all of a sudden my TL for SM is gone and you know if they go in there for that, it's choppage city baby. Anyone else notice a SM TL gone?
Just checked my wife's report and the account is still on her report. I wonder if someone at EQF made a whoopsie. That's the second TL in a week that has mysteriously disappeared.
EQ has been deleting my old positive tradelines left and right over the last 6 months... no reason whatsoever. I called and ask them about it, and the rep says she can't "see" these so called tradelines I'm talking about in my credit file... duhh, they've been deleted!! They just don't get it.
Another reason, and I've been trying to find the truth in this..is that I have noticed many who use the old eq cw get wiped. Just a thought I had from reviewing wipage posts.
I still have the old CW until Oct. 03, since Oct 02 I have NEVER gotten bumpage, only CHOPAGE of the EQ softs, UNTIL last week I ordered the PG trial and I started to get MAJOR bumpage. Strange but I'll take it. I will be inquiry free by Sunday. WALLST
I started getting B when I signed up for pg in beginning of May. Signed up for new CWG last week...still getting B. After hearing manny got wiped, I am waiting for it to happen to me. I have 5 more to go (from 58) and even if I DO get wiped, I can definately live with 5. As far as racking up inqs, I think I have every card where the lenders pull eq, lol...well, except 1, but I have blacklisted them, lol.
Question: Wouldn't this choppage be illegal? They have to report ACCURATE information. And it IS accurate that you've requested your credit reports that many times. Seems to me that's a violation.
I have found that choppage only happens when I pull with CW. If I use CW to get really close to the mark and then only use PG, I will get B. Once I reach the magic number, the very next time I pull with CW I see massive choppage.
