Hi all, In the comments section of one of my credit card trade lines it says this.. Comments: Consumer disputes this account information. Im wondering is this something that Exp, EQ, TU added due to my contacting them with a dispute or if it is coming from the credit card company?? Any ideas? Exp, EQ, TU say its not them, but im not sure. Thanks, Travis
It might be from the CC company, but if the CRA can't tell you, its just another example of how sloppy they track their "highly accurate" information. If they don't know who put it there, they can't have a system in place to track and correct errors. I have seen a similar "consumer disputes" on a perfect tradeline, paid as agreed, been there for ages account, where I have never filed any dispute with either the CC company or the CRA.
