   United Recovery Systems or Eagle Credit Resources?
   Just received collection letters from them (URS - First USA Bank; Eagle - Chase) which charged off this month. Planning on sending validation letters to both.....should I do it immediately or wait until close to the 30 day response deadline?

   For once I agree with lbrown. If you wait til close to 30 days, you run the chance of mail being slow and it getting there after 30 days, thus losing some of your rights. Send it out Monday morning.
