Anyone ever rqstd validation for an account that is $0 bal paid by the debtor, but was serioulsy past due? Trying to validate for deletion or at worst a "goodwill adjustment" for a positive TL. This would be in lieu of an actual "goodwill adjustment" request. My question is, why wouldn't a validation request for the account history work? Any takers? Or is there a process ya'll have done that I have missed?!?
