I am applying for a mortgage at me credit union, and the mortgage counselor recommended we do a "factual credit report" instead of the normal one (they already have reports from all three CRAs). She said I would get a complete copy of my credit report, and would work with someone item by item verifying any inaccuracies. Anyone ever heard of this?
RE: anyone ever hear of a &quo Not sure if it's the same thing but about 9 months ago I was working with a mortgage company and they pulled a "merged" copy of my credit report with all 3 CRA's listed and my FICO scores from each. On that report it says that it came from "Factual Data Corp.". I have their address at home if you need it. Kirk
