    NOT INVISIBLE...I have filed on NOBODY...

    So I would guess NOBODY else has...

    But I have it from other sources that "IF" you have them for a mortgage...you better RE-FI even if that was the SOLD TO COMPANY AFTER THE RE-FI you just did 6 months ago!!!

    Sorry never dealt w/GMAC mortgage. I have never had to sue anyone either, usually a threat and/or a letter work. Have you consulted any lawyers or preferably a lawyer friend?

    I can't remember anybody saying they had problems with a GMAC car loan...
