I am start a Co and I plan to use my credit cards as start up money.I just want if anyone did that and how it work out?
Many people have done it...just like any business, it MAY work, it MAY fail... PEOPLE HAVE EVEN MADE MAJOR MOTION PICTURES WITH CREDIT CARDS...
I agree with George - it is possible and the success vs failure rate is probably equal. You might want to check with the Small Business Administration regarding loan/grant programs - there are many available and if you are eligible you will be able to obtain some or all of your start up funding and still have your credit lines free. http://www.sba.gov/financing/
I started my small, home-based business with credit cards back in 1997. My business did quite well, and I paid them all off, but that was the only source of "capital" I could obtain to buy office furniture, equipment, etc. I have since scaled back my business because I don't have alot of time (or energy anymore) to increase my client volume.
CreditWork$ was started with credit cards and continues to operate with credit cards. We have been around since '96. www.creditsense.com
