I am about to apply for a mortgage. I spoke to this company yesterday named UC Lending. From what I can tell they are out of Florida. I am not sure if they lend the money themselves or are sort of loan originators. I think that it is a small company because I actually spoke with the president. I was looking for a company that will finance a new home construction and the land that it will be built on. And they said they would. Just before I gave them my info, I thought I would check on them first. Any help would be nice, and even if someone knows of a company that will do new home construction loans.
