I need a contact, address, fax #, something for Compass Bank. I used the following address, and I just don't believe it has reached its intended dept. I don't have any specifics, but have read other tips here that include calling the CRA (since they must give you the name and address with your report) and/or contacting the BBB for contact info. I presume you've done a basic google search and phoned the company directly to find the best address? Good luck.
I have tried everything I can think of. I tried BBB and got some contact info, but it wasn't exactly what I needed. I tried calling the local branch, but they didn't know how to navigate their corporate offices. Experian gave me basic address information and an 800 number for customer service. My account is no longer on their system, so customer service does nothing for me either.
