Anyone having probs with PG today?

    I haven't been able to get a new report since friday. On sat and sun when I tried to pull, the session just timed out. When I went back in, it said to try back later. When I did, it said I had already pulled and to wait 24 hrs. Today I try and keep getting the "New session failed" error. Anyone else getting this or is it just me?

    I am getting this same error from my pc at work.

    I called PG and they were able to get in just fine using my account. I vnc'ed in to my home pc and was able to get in just fine.

    I think the errors on Sunday were because they were doing some server maintenance, but they F'ed something up.

    I tired it with IE and Opera and get the same error.
    Has to do with the firewall here at work I am thinking and how PG is responding to request coming from behind a firewall.

    I'm getting the same error as well...from the work PC. Haven't tried any others...but agreeing w/ 420Greg re: how they handle incoming reqs..

    I just pulled at 10:15 am EST with no problem. I haven't pulled since 10/28 though. I think sometimes it's the ISP problem, sometimes its PGs. On several other occasions I have received similar PG error mesages for for or three days at a time when other folks reported no problems.

    I'm getting the same message as the others - New Session Timed Out. But I was able to pull successfully on Saturday.

    I, like some of you, am trying to pull from work, so I could see the firewall possibly being a problem. Only thing is, I have pulled it from work on quite a few occasions before w/o a problem. They must have changed something then with whatever they did over the weekend.

    I have been pulling from work everyday in October. Today is the first time I am having a problem.

    I also pull from work most of the time. In fact, I have offices in two different companies and pull from both. So far, no luck today. But I've had this problem off and on.

    I'll be at my other office later. Will try there.

    I sure hope I don't have to start doing this from home (on a dial-up).

    I just called them again and they are aware of the problem, and are workin gto correct it. They had no idea it was only effecting people connecting from behind a firewall.

    They said thanks for the info.

    I was going to tell them the exact setting that needs to be changed in ISS 5.0 to get it working agian, but I will let their tech support figure it out.

    If they do not have it working by the end of the day, I will call back again and offer my solution, for $65 an hour with a 4 hour min. :)

    I've actually gotten in to where it said it had ordered my report and the "Get My Report" button would appear at the bottom of the screen. Then it hung up, or has so far.

    I closed out, then waited a little while, went back in.

    When I tried to get my report, it said this was a duplicate request and my previous request was still being processed. But when I went back to "View My Report," today's report was there.

    So, it was slow and kludgey, but I got my report finally. Still from work.

    Hopefully they have it fixed now. Anyone else have success?
