Anyone hear of First National Credit, Aliso Viejo, CA? Got a certificate in the mail for approval guarantee for gold card $15000 0%int. for 12 months. $37 processing fee. Doesn't say visa or mastercard. Scam or what?

Already filed mine before I got your answer!!! I found the small print that said I can use it for all purchases from credit provider. This wasn't a Visa or Mastercard.
