Anyone heard of NCL?

    I got a phone call from Dianne Sheer on my answer machine.. she left a case number 330 kok ..the number is 1888-899-2647. She did not identify the company she works for......should I call the number...I called the number changed one didgit and the lady said the company was called NCL.....she would not tell me anything further as she wanted my name......what do i do call this lady? I am perplexed
