    Anyone know who the corporate legal council is for first premier, a.k.a priemier bankcard is?

    premier bank are you referring to the one located in chicago IL ?

    some of their accts are now merged with Cresent bank & trust or cresent recovery loacted in new orleans, LA or chesapeak, va

    nope, the cc issuer in SD, which is of the ilk of Cross Country Bank (CCB)... :)

    "you're pre-approved for up to a $1,000 or is it $2,500 visa, which is fully loaded up to the true $300ish limit with fees." :)
