Anyone know how to reach Exp?

    Anyone know how to reach EQ?

    That should be Equifax, not Experian, sorry.

    I tried calling the customer service number that's on my credit report and I just got put through their recorded maze.

    I have just now updated the FAQ to contain this number sent to me by Quixote:

    EQ: 800-438-5016 (Must have EQ Confirmation # available)

    Thanks Dave. Same thing, though. They put me through the whole identification thing and then transfer me to a recording that says good-bye.

    I want to speak to a person. :/
