anyone know max % int CA can chrge?

    does anyone know where i can find the max interest rate a CA can charge in GA.
    i searched the GA Code but could not find it

    On a collection, they can add 7% max, State Law Code 7-4-2.

    After a judgment, the max is 12%, unless otherwise stated. State Law Code 57-108.

    does this section apply to them also ? so it would be 16 % on 3k or less?

    2.Where the principal amount involved is $3,000.00 or less, such
    rate shall not exceed 16 percent per annum simple interest on any
    loan, advance, or forbearance to enforce the collection of any sum
    of money unless the loan, advance, or forbearance to enforce the
    collection of any sum of money is made pursuant to another law.

    Not sure, really, just found these notations in a credit book I have (not one I wrote, BTW).
