it is showing as an inquiry but I have never heard of them before. Anyone know? The inquiry read EU-Landsafe Credit. There are 2 other EU inquiries below it, wtf is an EU inquiry anyway????? Thx! L.
Thanks so much, soup!! It looks like some sort of promotional mortgage refi thing, oddly enough though 2 of the EU's are on the same date (Landsafe and First American Credco) Then over a month earlier Advantage Credit issued one. WEIRD! Thanks again!!! L.
Landsafe checked my credit at the same time that Countrywide did, so I assume they are some sort of mortgage lender personage. I have had 0 inquiries for the past 18 months, then the same day I had two. You must have applied for refinance or mortgage.
I think you're right, but Countrywide's inquiry isn't on here, so maybe Landsafe *IS* countrywide? Or a part of them anyway? Thanks a ton for the info it really explains a TON! L.
Just went through a refinance with Countrywide. Landsafe is owned by Countrywide. They do credit checks, appraisals, etc.They'll pull 2 or 3 inquiries during the 30-45 day loan process.
