08/28/2002 PRM-Offersdirect I have promotional BLOCK on my acct... why are there promo inquiries on my acct? Thank you!
I put a block on my reports too and I get those once in awhile...I too was wondering how the heck can they do that when it's blocked?!!! I have noticed my pre-approvals in the mail have dropped dramatically since the block was placed.

All I have to say is that its time someone rewrites the rules on who can pull a persons credit i think a person should have to sign a document like an application PERIOD.
