    they just said " the credit dept" and it was after hours

    RMA... I recently had a bounced check that made it to them and I tried to call them several times when I got home from work. It seems that after about 5:00 Eastern I couldn't find a live person at the end of their voicemail system anywhere. Very odd, but who knows.

    It is the Internal Receovery Department of Federated Department Stores (Macy's. Bloomingdale's).
