TU deleted 2 judgements on my report about 1 1/2 years ago, I received a updated report, a few weeks later they sent me a new report with the judgements back on there, they are pd and actually settled out of court , one in the parking lot of court house the other over phone before court date. Breeze, I believe we discussed this issue in chat before. Did your lawyer think it could be easily taken care of? Is there anything I could do on my own? I have disputed them, they only show on my TU report. Thanks for the 411. mindy
Yeah, we did, come to think of it. What my lawyer did was get the other lawyer to sign the motion to vacate. I am waiting on the final paperwork from the court now. They lost the original paperwork (the court did!!) and it all had to be done over. I think the other lawyer must have been on vacation - it took 4 weeks to get it signed again. I wonder why this crap always happens to me, LOL??? Maybe the other lawyers would sign it for you? It wouldn't hurt to ask. breeze
