As in...a record of you not paying your rent on time or something like that. The three ways they get off of your credit is by: Time - they get erased after X amount of years. The person that put them there can take them out. Or you contact the CRA and request that they remove it. If the person that did not put the strike on your credit does not reply, you win the case.
