Apple LOC=Gold Option???

    My brother received his Apple Loan statement and I noticed they no longer called the Apple Instant Loan on the top of the statement. They changed Apple Instant Loan into Gold Option. I don't know whether you can similar LOC with MBNA and they rename all retail LOC to Gold Option. I don't know you can have more than one LOC at a time without closing the other like PC Mall,Blue Nile, Compaq etc.

    Do I have to use the loan to buy a Mac or can I use it for whatever?I am thinking about apply.

    i converted mine into a mbna classic mastercard. We discussed this thread a few down.

    Brenda,

    You don't have to buy a Mac and you can convert into Visa/Mastercard.
    I apply for Apple Loan because I wanted to buy a computer.
