   IT'S ALL THE SAME...they still give you "we will send the results in the mail" @ 10:39 AM...or INSTANT APPROVAL @ 2:17 AM...

   ...MORE, some people have actually got the card a few days before the DENIAL letter.
   Some have got instant APPROVED, then got DENIAL letter.
   You can get on-line DENIED, then get the card...
