If you apply for something while you have disputes in progress will they still see the disputed items? In other words my score today is 530, would they still see a 530 report or would they see higher as I have about 12 things in dispute?
I believe they would see the items and that they are in dispute. I haven't seen any score changes while I have items in dispute.
Your score will not change, however they will see a statement, something to the effect of "Item is currently in dispute". If they don't see this, and you have already placed the item in dispute, I believe the CRA then violated the FCRA.
