Just wanted to thank everyone here who helped me out regarding Chase requirements. Was approved today for Stockback platinum MC - cl 6K - asked for more when they told me I was approved - like Saar - but wasn't as lucky - they told me to try in 6 mos - but still - I'm fine with the 6K. That amount brings my total credit to 50K - which is what I wanted. They checked TU - my score was 707 (probably less now) debt 32% of total credit. Had one inquiry on TU in last 6 mos before applying. Thanx again everybody for the info you gave me about the bank. Mark L.A.
THANX MIRAGE. actually what got me nervous was the fact that my eq and ex scores were lower for "too many recent inquires" - EQ 686, EX: 669 - and even tho i was pretty sure chase checks tu ( that's where my score was 707)- i figured - with my luck - they'd check experian just for me but - it all turned out ok. Now - i guess i'm gonna have to give it a break - cuz i've become a little too "credit apply happy" lately... Regards, Mark
