My wife (vice president) applied for Amex Delta SkyMiles Gold Business card and got instant approval. We do not know what the credit line is or if we should try to apply for Blue for Business. Will that be an instant denial for too many applications? Anyone? Her scores are 720's.
how many inq in last 6 months I was approved for delta plat and blue about 3 weeks apart with 3 inq before I started. BTW congrats.
I think she has 5 in the last 6 months (5 in 2 years). All of them from Mortgage Companies. We are going to close on the house by the end of May. You think that might be too many inq's for Blue for Business? BTW, did I say there is no FEE for first year on Delta Gold? Also, does anyone know if you can change it later to Blue Business or Business Cash Back?
I think all you need is 680 and under 50 utilization for blueinq don't know cut off. I've changed hilton honors to startwood but don't know about others.
Her utilization is 16%. So you think we should get on the Blue for Business or wait a couple of weeks?
NOW IS AS GOOD A TIME AS ANY call #1-888-blue -741 and ask what their looking for they will tell you before you apply I can't remember everything but they were honest.
My wife called and they said she was approved for APROXIMATELY $6200. LOL! I love the "aproximately" part. Anyway, is there a way to get this CL up a little to at least 10k and who is she supposed to talk to get that done. I would appreciate any help.
I have a Bus Blue...had since last Dec. I'm within $6000 of maxing the 30K line...is it unlikely they would approve another card you think? Scores all over 700
This should not be tomany inq's i know i just got the Personal Blue card and i got a load in inq's. As for score i think "willgator" is right because i doubt my score was above a 680 at the time. Think it was bordering on it.
Was that for the first card or did she apply for the blue? I can't remember if you said she was applying for personal or business blue? Did she call and ask what they wanted for an approval? Flaman.....what kind of limits did you have when you got blue? Were you already an amex customer?
