I have Amex Blue 10.99% product since (Jan 2001) Called 800.528.4800 and asked to talk to someone, that can reduce my APR to 9.99% like everyone else has, except me.....Tranferred me, lady reviewed account, said she would call me tomorrow and let me know if she can lower apr as requested....She said i might need to get a new card...I said NO dont want one.....I only want a lower APR, she said ok.....I told her I didnt want a HARD INQ....She stated no HARD INQ would be made....only Account Review....She Called back at the house in 15min..and said the 9,99% will show on your August Statement.... This was the first time I called......from what others have said, you have to call several times....good luck! Tony V. San Diego, ca

I CALLED 20+ TIMES... M.O.R.E. M.C.S. REGULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE P.F.B.(S) REGULAR SNAIL MAIL(S) E-MAIL(S) OVER NIGHT AIR TO THE C.E.O. I'm not sure who finally got me the 9.99%???
