I just pulled EQ online via Creditwatch and this AR is coming up. I don't have and have never had an acct with such a company. How can they then pull an AR on me last month??? Has anyone else seen this come up on their EQ?
yup it was on mine too experian said any company could pull a report from your credit at any time... no questions asked.. i say BS to that!
Thanks, George, but I don't have, have never had, and never will have an acct with those idiots. My scores are all 700+ now and my providian card has a $10K+ limit so I doubt they would sell it to these bastards.
DISPUTE IT!!! "NO PERMISSABLE PURPOSE" (they have to have a "PERMISSABLE PURPOSE" even on a "SOFT" AR)...
How you been NiceGuy? Did you have a nice Labor Day weekend - while Compucredit was reviewing you LOL! Hmmm - I should look aarrfff - dogman
ALL IT GETS YOU IS SATISFACTION THAT IT IS GONE...ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAD NO "PERMISSABLE PURPOSE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AM I APPLYING FOR A CREDIT CARD OR LOAN OR HAVE CURRENTLY AN ACCOUNT WITH A COMPANY THAT ISSUES CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS??? (ONCE CLOSED "PP" IS LOST)... New account only reason for a "HARD"... AR/AM/PRM for already established accounts. NOTHING FOR INSURANCE---->PEOPLE DON'T DRIVE BY THEIR CREDIT REPORT. Just my opinion...
They may as well send the data to the auto companies next... BUT, oddly enough, I get pre-approved auto insurance offers all the time..... never a credit card - just progressive, nationwide.... I stay with GEICO.. aarrff dogman
AUTO----->if "SCORE BASED RATES" were such a good idea...WHY ARE SO MANY STATES OUTLAWING IT OR CONCIDERING LAWS TO PERVENT IT'S USE???
I hate the fact that insurance companies are pulling Credit Reports, I had the misfortune of doing an online rate quote with Geico. It turns out I forgot to uncheck the box that gave them the permission to cut me with a hard inquiry.
