I have 7 paid charge offs I need deleted. I disputed all paid charge offs with the CRA as not mine. All came back verified. I then wrote nutcase letters to all OC (None went to CA, just charged off) Heard from JCPenny/MCCBG and got a generic "nothing we can do, we are reporting correctly" letter. HOWEVER...they pulled an AR inquiry on all 3 bureaus. Can they do that if they are paid off? Do I have them on a violation?
