I received a fed ex in mail from wolproff and abramson stating they were going to put my case through abritration. I received it about 1 month ago, it was left in my door! also someone else's case file was in the envelope. What does this mean? Is this legal? I did not reply because I did not understand it.
The same thing happened to me. I did not reply either because I didn't know what it was. Now I know. They won an award against me. I also received a second arb letter for another account. I think they must have thrown it in the door because I found it on the floor. This is the second letter for this account. I guess they will win this one also.
