Are original creditors aware that they don't have to validate. I sent a few validations to original creditors because there was no collection agency and none of them has responded or marked my credit report as "in dispute". On April 11 it will be 30 days and I am not sure where I should go with this. Can anyone help? Also I looked all over this board and can't find a comprehensive original creditor validation letter. If one exists can someone post the link?
If you do a search for original creditor validation letter you will find one that Lizardking just posted a week or 2 ago.
