Was going through the mail and saw a preapproval for a platinum Capital One card with a credit line up to $5000 and a variable interest rate of 15.9% over prime (currently 23.9%). Hello, are these people serious?! If you don't meet the requirements for the Platinum you can receive a Gold with a credit line between $500-$3000. What do the poor classic members get...$50? I feel like writing them back and telling them to stuff it. Dani
