Ok, I posted the other day that I had some success with an intent to sue letter to a very crooked CA. They swore up and down that they would delete the account. Well this is only reporting on equifax. However, just now I pulled TU and it looks like they pulled a hard inquiry on me just days ago. I do not owe them and havent for over 5 months. They purchased the account from Chase N/A. Anyhow, I wasn't going for money, but should I now? Im talking back and forth with these guys, I have them on multiple violations that will stick. This is why they agreed to delete so quickly. What do you guys think about this? Would it be appropriate to go ahead and ask for money now as part as the settlement? I paid these scum 1500.00 I wouldnt mind getting some of it back.
