Hi Maybe I am being impatient but why does it take so long for the CA to delete stuff from their files and notify the CRA, I have 2 acct. that have either been told to by OC or who have agreed to delate to appease a BBB complaint and its been about 2 weeks and nothing yet still listed ......I'm hot to go ahead and just dispute with CRA but I'm trying to let removals happen smoothly since the balls already moving in my favor.. (just venting) Thanks Jamie
Hi The first company (caine and weiner) that I filed complaint against responded to the BBB which I got a copy of saying they were going to have the CRA deleate it and the balance was 0.SO I am trying to wait pateintly The is other one is a bit odd, a Dr who I saw once overcharged me and sent me to collections for entire procedure amount which it should never have been billed. The CA validated my requests sort of but the paper I got from the billing depart didn't match with my patient folder etc. so I pointed it out. The CA got pissy said too bad amount owed stays the same so I went to to the OC. The OC clearly saw their mistake in billing and agreed to drop the whole thing and notify the CA to deleate my records with them. I have faxed and mailed several letter to the CA since I heard back from the OC. Finally I have filed a complaint with BBB to put some fire under their butt. This one is like $2000.00 of allegded (wrong)debt that is only 3yrs old just sitting there. Driving me nuts !!! I'm sure its pulling my scores down......I don't want to have the CRA investigate just yet and risk it coming back verifed and have to start all over again with the CRA Jamie (your friendly neighborhood paranoid credit addict)
