Hello again, One more question please. Can someone tell me what the SOL for a hospital bill is for Arizona? I don't live in AZ but I was visiting in 1998 and ran up a hospital bill w/out insurance at the time. I think they reaged the acct since it's showing up on my CR as being from 2003, not 1998. I looked at lawdog and it said that the SOL for written contracts is 10 years to sue but my state says 4 years on written. Does a visit to the ER constitute a written contract with re; to SOL?
