    Hi everyone,

I have an issue here which is starting to really make me mad - two weeks in a row Arrow pulled hards on my TransUnion.

Does anyone know who they are, and what I should do at this point?

    Thanks,
    Sal

Which is why they are pulling hard, as frequently as they are...

They want to get you mad, mad enough that you'll either mess up, or pay them so that they won't pull your report any more.

Are you aware of any potential collections?

If not, I would send them a non PP letter.

    Thanks for the info everyone.

Nobody has any reason to be collecting anything from me, so I think I'm going to hang them.
The PP letter sounds like a good idea.

Actually, I could really use some advice. I have a hard inquiry from Arrow. I do NOT have anything reporting in my file that is currently being collected by them. There is an account on a report from 12/2001 that shows :

    Collection Record Individual Acct
Arrow Fincl A F S Assignee of GE
    Updated 2/01 Balance: $1725
    Placed 12/00 Most Owed: $960
    >Past Due: $1725<

I have no idea what this was. Any ideas on what/who A F S Assignee of GE is? I am tempted to send a non-pp letter, but I am afraid of stirring some â??unknownâ? sleeping beast. Should I wait to be contacted by Arrow or face them head on by sending the non-pp? So far, they have not reported anything to the CRA and I do not want to â??forceâ? them to start reporting a neg TL.

    Thanks for any advice!
