I have a credit card that was sent to Arrow Financail services LLc in Chicago. I thought that once a credit card went to collection that they could no longer charge you interest and fees. I called to make a deal in November and the balance was $808.87 now the bill is $866.01 due to 18% monthly fee until the bill is paid. I was willing to pay it off but they would not bend on how it would be reported on my credit file. This account went into collection 4/2201 at the balance of $808.87. Is there anything I can do about this or is it normal to get charged fees once it is sent to a ca.Also if anyone has ever had to deal with them please share your experiences.I found them rude....
Arrow Finincial was very rude. they lied on My husband and accused him of cussing them out. They will not move on anything. I was so gald to have payed thos crazy people off. I wish there was somewhere to report businesses like this.
Teesha - I honestly don't know who Arrow Financial is - would you mind telling me what type of CC it was that you had? I live in Missouri and like I said I have'nt heard a peep out of them since the first letter they sent and since they got my validation.

I have a friend who had them also and she said they have alot of complaints logged against them for the way they handled things. I looked them up at the bbb in their state and yes they do have alot of complaints...
Yeah they are jerks.... if you're debt is old you can write your ticket, they also do hefty settlements. Not known for customer service, the turnover is high and it's a sweat shop. That's why the rudeness, on another note they are currently in a class action lawsuit which you can read below..... http://www.classactionamerica.com/cases/case.asp?cid=1362
