ARROW -New Thread

    Hi, sorry about starting a new thread on Arrow, but I didn't get any responses from my last one, and I was really hoping to get some help. This board has been a God send to me in the past, I need you guys again! Anyway, I am having trouble with Arrow Financial in keeping their promise of showing my accounts (2) as settled. I settled with them for far more than the original amount and if I had the money to pay them 1 month prior, it would have been paid in full. But by the time I had the money, their amount increased to more than $300. They are keeping a past due account on both, and not budging. I thought that maybe I could check out if they are bonded to do business here in Arizona, and get them that way. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I email a rep in sos.az.us (state webpage, not exact address) and I haven't received a response. Thank you in advance for your help. I can't believe Arrow's business practices, they leave alot to be desired, then again what CA doesn't! Sorry so long!!! Thanks!

    You lost me because I don't know what was going on in the orig. thread.

    This is the reason for keeping it all on one thread.

    I suggest you post what you said here on the other thread so folks can see what's going on.

    Well, I am sorry. But really this is a new thread, because the question is different. The old thread simply was asking people if they had bad experiences with Arrow and not keeping up with their promises after settling with them. I was just seeking input on the other one. But, since it was about the same CA, I posted the notation about the "new thread" I apologize if I am creating problems, it wasn't my intention. I just want to know if anyone can tell me where I can find if they are bonded in my state, AZ. I know some other people on this board had great success hitting CA's with that one.     hi - in case this gets to you, did you have any success in dealing with Arrow? their response to my dispute on a balance (a "sold" acct from Direct Merchants) was to not only verify it, but to send in the entry that I filed a ch 13 on 9/30/02 - which i absolutely did not - and exp apparently didnt' bother to ck and see that no public record existed -if they think they are EVER seeing a penny now, they are NUTS - if anyone is writing a ck, it will be them.....
