i hope that this is not out of line, but i was looking for the Art of Credit website....what happened to it.?
is anyone out there? have you ever heard of or seen the art of credit website? does anyone know where it has gone?
It's been down for a while. They say there was a severe hardware failure. I think a lot of us are missing the site.
Yeah, the database of knowledge it contained is a serious loss. Hard to believe it is simply a hardware failure with them down for so long. Somehting else must be going on. We probably wont see AoC return. Im bummed, I had a bunch of stuff linked, I should have copied it all to doc files.
I know what you mean. And there were people there that I only knew through AoC. I wouldn't know how to find a lot of them elsewhere.
I am absolutely going nuts!!! Of course, AOC goes down and all of a sudden I start getting collection letters and calls out the wazoo. Butch, do you have ANY idea if AOC will for sure be back??? And does anyone know where Towerat is at?
If you want to access cached pages (Google's archived pages) of Art of Credit, you can search like the following: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=+site:artofcredit.com&btnG=Search Under the found results, click the hyperlink called "cached". This will reference Google's archives instead of the live site (which is down). If you want to look for a term, like "cars" (or anything else) within the archived pages of the site, do a search like this: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=+site:artofcredit.com+cars&btnG=Search There's no way to tell how long those pages will last on Google, so get them while they're hot! Eric p.s. To load the cached pages more quickly, once the page starts to load, click the "cached text" only link. That way, your browser will not choke on images that no longer exist.
okay, let me tell you what makes them so great, they give such precise and hard hitting information it is like a laserbeam through all of the generic and general crap that EVERYONE else gives, that is what makes them so great. By using their information and the wealth of information on that site and researching and asking questions I was able to take my scores from 504,575&560 respectively to 650,670&682 respectively, in TWO months...YES, two months and was able to buy my dream house $425,000 less than two years after my Chapter 13 discharge...that is what makes them so great!@!!!! I was very lucky in a small way in that I printed out TONS of the information and have 4 3-inch D-ring binders of pages from the website (approx. 3200 pages) and from links form the website....everything from forums and how to file a lawsuit word for word, the basics to the advanced. Don't ask me what possessed me to do that, but I did and I am VERY glad that I did. All the yelling from my fiance' about using up the toner in the laser printer and "what the hell are you doing using all that paper up" was WELL worth it. Maybe I'll write a book!!!
So, does anyone REALLY know what is going on with the webiste?ANYONE? ANyone at all? THE TRUTH!!!!Because it cannot take THIS long to fix hardware, server problems...comeone...are we dumb? NO!!! The site could be back up and all the linking and filling in the blanks could come later...so what is up with that?
i don't know what happened but it was a good sight. not as good as CN, but then again i have a lot of loyalty here
