My hubby just got a secured (reporting as unsecured) VISA from American Pacific. Yesterday he received a pre-approved offer for an ASPIRE credit card. $300 limit with no security deposit (unlike American Pacific). Reports to 3 bureaus etc. Has anyone heard of this card? It is backed by Columbus Bank and Trust Company. I tried to do a search on the posts but was having problems. Thanks
