Does anyone have e-mail for them? Can't find anything on the net. Seems like they are trying to cloak themselves. They ignored a 48 hour intent to sue fax and are being pains in the ass.

    Help!

    Thanks

I'm trying to avoid suing. I live in a territory, and even though we have a federal district court here, I'm not sure of the ins and outs. I go back to the states in 6 months and after that the entry falls off in 8 months anyway, but I want it off now. I just need to exhaust all my efforts.

I think they called your bluff! You may have to get a lawyer, amazing how a well written letter from a lawyer will get results! Plus, why use a fax? Certified mail seems more appropriate than a fax.

They have called your bluff. You may just have to wait the 6-8 months for it to fall off.

I wrote them for over 9 months. Filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, State of FL and a couple of other places and they didn't take it off until I sent the intent to sue but I would have if they didn't take it off.

I can't think of any other suggestions other than to file or wait until it falls off. At least it's out of the sol.
