Asset Acceptance - Ra?

    Here's another one I am sure someone here has filed against!

    Does anyone off hand know who the RA is for Asset Acceptance? If you have the name and address, could you let me know?

    Otherwise, yes, I'll check out the SOS. Just figured this is one of those CA's that someone has gone after recently.

    What is the "RA"? "SOS"?

    If you are looking for someone to file a suit against, their website if full of VPs and the like.

    RA means "Registered Agent". When you sue a corporation, you must serve their registered agent. SOS means "secretary of state". Most states (if not all) have a listing of all registered agents doing business in that state.
