asset acceptance sent printout..

    I sent in a validation letter to asset acceptance via usps signature confirmation.

    they now sent me a printout with a printout of what I owe from the original creditor.

    what would I do next..

    Ignore it.
    File it.
    Wait 30 days.

    Send letter #2.

    I agree, get ready to send the estoppel next.

    Be ready to go to court with these people or file complaints. They are nasty!

    File a complaint with the FTC, if they don't comply. I am trying to get them to investigate. If they do and they are found to be in violation of the FDCPA & FCRA the FTC will fine them big time!

    They will Accept all of your Assets if you let em!
    Don't buy it.

    thanks for the response guys. so do I wait the 30 days since receiving the printout or 30 days since they accepted the first letter?
