IMO, go to the courthouse Monday and nail them!! I know you've kept up a paper trail, so file and see how fast they run!!
I would go file on them in small claims court, forget the 3ed letter your told them in your last letter do or I will sue, so go do it . I sent two letters to Sherman last ones time is up and in that last letter I told them validate or remove, you have 21 days if or I will sue, going on Monday to file. If they have not reported to the CRA's that your disputing this you have them on 3 FDCPA violations under Section 809(B) 1,000 for each one total 3,000
