One- more-- I rec'd a collection letter from ASSet regarding a Citibank account. I have already requested validation. Never rec'd the green card, but did get the usual screen print and letter stating the documents have been ordered. They have removed with all three CRA, so I could not dispute with them. This acct was opened in 1993 so I am almost sure they will not be able to validate. I am in OH and the SOL is 4yrs (Thanks Why Chat!) Should I go ahead with the SOL letter to ASSet or just hope that I never hear from them again? Thanks for any and all replies!
