Associates Bank Goodwill... Works??

    Does anyone have any experiance with a goodwill with Associates since they merged with Citi??

    They are not "fully merged", was told by a rep I could not pay my bill in citi branch...

    So I know that it may not be the regular rule of goodwill with citi....

    Anyone? Thanks!!

    I myself tried a goodwill, threaten, now in process of suing them.

    You may want to try though. It never hurts to try.
