I have a charge off that occured in 1999, with Associates/Citi. Is this a collection agency? I will be closing on a house soon but have to have this cleared up. The amount is quite alot, I would rather settle, but cannot find a telephone number for them. Any help on how to get this cleared up or contact them would be great. Thanks
I am pretty sure that it is an OC Citibank South Dakota. I have a charged off account with them. Here is the address listed in my credit report (both TU and EQ): P O BOX 15687 WILMINGTON, DE 19850 (800) 533 - 5600 On EX it is: 110 LAKE DR NEWARK, DE 19702 I use the Wilmington address. The address they used when they replied to me was: Cardmember Services PO Box 142319 Iriving, TX 75014-2319 Good luck and let me know if how you deal with them, because so far I have nad no luck.
