My brother applied for a Citgo card online then an Amoco card online. Neither one gave him the instant approval we were certain of. He did write me as an authorized user and I have a charge off with them, though I told him to wait till he got the card in case they used that to decline him. He has PERFECT credit with a Discover and Best Buy, $1600 total, and three-six months of good payments. Neither card is anywhere near 50% of the limit. His score is 690.....so why would they put him off? I thought these cards were easy to get if you never burned them, now he's wondering if he blew two inquiries on EQ no less. Steph
I applied, they replied....... don't call us, we'll call you. I have never had a card with them, and apparently they want to keep it that way. I just wanted to add a gas card to the mux. Shawn
