until now, even after citibank bought associates, the website was accountcenteronline.com. then a few months back it changed to www.accountonline.com now it tells me to login at citi's account center? Hmmm....... Maybe this will help me BDD, if my PFB leter works!
I got a letter today saying that my Associates VISA was now being changed to a Citi VISA. I went to the Citibanks.com website and signed right in, no problem. Noticed the interest rate was changed to 16.9% from something like 21.99% (This one had been in the sock drawer for about a year - and there it'll stay). Clicked on the "request increase," it gave me $300 without pulling report.
