I am an asylum applicant with employment authorization and social security card marked with VALID FOR WORK ONLY. I am currently employed. I have a checking account, but when I applied for credit card it was not approved for they found that I have no credit. With my situation how can I establish credit or am I restricted to that extent. You will likely have to start with a secured card. The Orchard products are probably the easiest to get.
